Stand design and build for IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 in Hannover
From 15 to 20 September 2026, Hannover once again becomes one of the key international meeting points for the commercial vehicle, transport and logistics industries as IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 opens its doors.
For Cota Creativa, the 2026 edition represents a significant international project. We have delivered the design, production and construction of five exhibition stands for IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, covering a combined 400 sqm across three halls at the Hannover exhibition grounds.
Cojali, MBHA Group, MRF, Hwasung and Rojo Trailer are exhibiting in five different spaces, each created around different products, technical requirements and commercial objectives.
IAA TRANSPORTATION: over a century of mobility history
IAA traces its origins back to Berlin in 1897, when its first exhibition featured just eight motor vehicles. In 1991, the passenger car and commercial vehicle exhibitions were separated, and Hannover hosted the first dedicated IAA Commercial Vehicles event in 1992. Over time, the event became one of the major international meeting points for the commercial vehicle industry.
Since 2022, the event has operated under the IAA TRANSPORTATION name, broadening its scope to bring together the complete transport and logistics value chain.
Commercial vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers, technology companies, logistics providers, startups and industry decision-makers meet in Hannover to explore developments ranging from electrification and charging infrastructure to digitalisation, artificial intelligence and connected mobility.
For exhibitors, this makes the exhibition stand a strategic business environment: a place to showcase technology, meet customers and distributors, generate opportunities and reinforce brand positioning within a highly specialised international audience.
Five exhibition stands and 400 sqm in Hannover
At IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, Cota Creativa has coordinated five simultaneous projects across Halls 12, 26 and 27 at the Hannover exhibition grounds.
Cojali | Hall 12 · Stand B23 | 60 sqm
Cojali is once again working with Cota Creativa for its international exhibition presence. The Spanish technology company develops components, electronics, advanced diagnostics, telematics, connectivity and cooling solutions for commercial vehicles.
IAA TRANSPORTATION provides a particularly relevant environment for presenting solutions to manufacturers and commercial vehicle professionals, with connectivity and digitalisation playing an increasingly important role. Cojali and Cota Creativa also continue to work together across different European trade show projects.
MBHA Group | Hall 26 · Stand A44 | 63 sqm
MBHA Group specialises in the research, design and manufacture of suspension components and solutions for transport and heavy commercial vehicles. Its international activity and relationships with vehicle manufacturers make IAA TRANSPORTATION a natural platform for strengthening its commercial and technological presence.
The stand provides a dedicated environment to present products and industrial capabilities to manufacturers, distributors, engineering companies and other commercial vehicle professionals.
MRF | Hall 26 · Stand D31 | 83 sqm
MRF, Mecanizados Rodríguez Fernández, designs and manufactures steel solutions for industrial vehicle bodywork, including locking systems, hinges, frames and components for commercial vehicles.
Its presence at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 places new developments in front of a specialised international market and reinforces the company’s positioning in innovation for industrial vehicle bodywork.
Hwasung | Hall 27 · Stand A40 | 68 sqm
Hwasung is another returning Cota Creativa client. The Korean company specialises in transport refrigeration units and markets its solutions internationally.
At a trade show where efficiency, electrification and technological development are increasingly important, presenting this type of solution requires an exhibition space that combines technical products, brand communication and commercial hospitality.
Rojo Trailer | Hall 27 · Stand E06 | 126 sqm
At 126 sqm, Rojo Trailer is the largest of the five Cota Creativa projects at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026. The Spanish company operates in the industrial semi-trailer sector and develops solutions for different transport requirements, including tippers, platforms, low loaders and special applications.
Rojo Trailer is also a returning Cota Creativa client. In international projects, this continuity is particularly valuable because each new exhibition can build on the knowledge and experience developed together at previous events.
International exhibition stand management
An international trade show stand construction project starts long before the build team arrives at the venue.
Design, technical development, production, international transportation, loading schedules, accreditation, electrical services, rigging, audiovisual equipment, graphics, furniture, local suppliers, venue regulations, installation, onsite supervision and dismantling all need to work as one coordinated process.
Managing five projects simultaneously across different halls adds another level of operational complexity. The objective, however, remains simple: when the exhibition opens, the stand must be finished, fully operational and ready for the exhibitor to focus entirely on its customers.
